Reimagined in the chaos and carnage of the Great War, a young Macbeth rises through the ranks. After meeting three prophetic nurses on the battlefield, a series of events begin to unfold that will lead to the murder of Kings, comrades, mothers and children.
In conjunction with girls from Tonbridge Grammar School and The Weald of Kent, Tonbridge School presents this seminal tale of political ambition. First performed in 1606, Macbeth is as relevant today as it was in the Reign of James 1.
