Blithe Spirit
Successful novelist Charles Condomine and his wife Ruth invite local medium, Madame Arcati, along with friends Dr and Mrs Bradman, to dinner followed by a seance as part of his research for a new book.
During the seance, Charles’ first wife Elvira who died seven years ago materialises but only Charles can see and hear her, with comic consequences! As the play unfolds it becomes apparent that Elvira’s love for Charles is undiminished and she plots to spend eternity with him.
Since being written in 1941, this brilliantly witty farce by Noël Coward has stood the test of time and has been performed to rave reviews across the globe.
