The 9-piece Fitkin Band treads the blurred line between classical and jazz in exuberant fashion. Combining piano, percussion, guitars, electric harps and brass section, this composer-led ensemble is characterised by infectious rhythms and a toe-tapping-groove kind of minimalism. They will be performing Fitkin’s latest work – a 1970s disco-inspired piece that welcomes three guest vocalists … think soul diva and Bee Gees style countertenors!
