Sarah Smith Gypsy Quartet

The Sarah Smith Quartet plays gypsy jazz with authentic passion, fire and virtuosity. This band is keeping the music of Django Reinhardt and Stephane Grappelli alive. Violinist Sarah has been a session musician for the BBC. She has toured Europe extensively, as well as Canada. Sarah was awarded "Best Young Performer" by N/C Magazine. As a member of Gadjo, she won first place at an international Gypsy Jazz Festival in 2009. Sarah has performed with some of the world's top Gypsy and Swinging Jazz musicians, including Gary Potter, Frank Vignola, and Martin Limberger.
