The Railway Children
When their father is arrested, three children and their mother are forced to move to the country near to the village railway station. There, they make friends with Perks, the station master, the travellers on the train and share many adventures before being finally being reunited with their father. Mike Kenny’s adaptation of E Nesbit’s book has been successfully performed in London and York, although we can’t promise you a real-life steam engine at The Quay!
