The Yeomen Of The Guard
It is 1953, and as the country gears up for the coronation of Queen Elizabeth, the cast and crew at Oakridge Film Studios prepare to film The Yeomen of the Guard, Gilbert & Sullivan’s most majestic musical, reimagined as a Technicolor movie set in the first Elizabethan age. As you meet the actors who will play the key roles, life starts to imitate art, leading to comedy and tragedy in equal measure.
Glitter & Twisted will, as always, be respectful of the original piece, while shining an exciting new light on a Victorian classic.
