Jenna Reid

Shetland fiddler Jenna Reid is one of the finest talents ever to grace the Scottish music scene. As well as her solo work, she is also a member of Scotland’s top fiddle band, Blazin’ Fiddles, and the four-fiddle-strong folk/chamber outfit, RANT.

Jenna has performed across the USA and Europe with many musicians and singers, most notably, Julie Fowlis, The Unusual Suspects, Fiddlers’ Bid, The Finlay MacDonald Band, Dochas, Deaf Shepherd and Filska.

She was also a guest performer on the third and fourth series of Transatlantic Sessions, where she played alongside Aly Bain, Jerry Douglas and Martha Wainwright.
