Almost 170 years on from its creation, Charlotte Brontë’s Jane Eyre, the story of a young woman’s quest for freedom and fulfilment in Victorian England, continues to move and inspire as much as ever.

This December, Strode Theatre in Street is showing two screenings of the Bristol Old Vic’s bold and dynamic recent production, now playing at London’s National Theatre, in a Live broadcast on Tuesday 8th December, and a matinee Encore (recorded) repeat on Sunday 13th December.
