Bahookie Ceilidh Band

Bike n Hike 2016 sees eighteen local lads from Muir of Ord cycle the West Highland and Great Glen Ways for charity in September, including Advocacy Highland (Mental Health Support Group), Crocus Group (Child Bereavement Support Service) and MS Therapy Centre (Inverness).

The 165 mile route will see them cover the West Highland Way from Milngavie to Fort William, then the Great Glen Way from Fort William to Inverness.

The boys are throwing a Charity Ceilidh before they set off to raise funds and give their supporters something to participate in. This event will feature Scotland’s leading rock ceilidh band Bahookie, a Celtic 4-piece band like no other, who mash fiddles with urban dance music, rock grooves and Scottish anthems to create an unforgettable ceilidh experience.

It’s set to be a great night, where everyone can get involved and hopefully gain more support for some very worthwhile causes.

The event starts at 8:00pm, all proceeds go towards the Bike N Hike 2016 fundraiser.
