Micky Bartlett is Northern Ireland's answer to Kevin Bridges and one of the funniest and most popular acts on the entertainment circuit. Micky grew up in Lurgan, a town just outside of Belfast. Only ever wanting to be a comedian, he tried his first open spot whilst in his final university year, studying for a BA in Drama and Theatre Studies. One course examined comedians such as Billy Connolly, with the final assessment being a performance. This was all the push Micky needed to try stand-up as a career. 'Brilliant' (Culture NI) 'A natural stand up, full of punch and verve, with more than a touch of Billy Connolly' (Chortle).

'The vertically-challenged Scouser with a guitar, savage lyrics and a voice that will break your heart (if not your crockery); topical, incisive, witty and bloody-minded.' (Glee) His original comedy songs combine razor sharp lyrics with tunes that put their foot in the door of your mind and refuse to leave. Firmly based in rock 'n' roll and refusing to pull no punches, these are not the 'oh so witty' ditties of penguin-suited plink plonk piano playing posh gobs. They are that rarity - comedy songs which are actually funny. For nine years Steve was the smaller one in the dynamic comedy duo Skint Video, stalwart's of the Edinburgh Festival, appearing on countless television programmes such as Saturday Live, radio such as The Mary Whitehouse Experience, and their own show in 1992/3 Songlines (BBC Radio 1). Skint Video went their different ways in 1993, since when Steve has been storming across the UK and Ireland as a solo artiste. "A highly refreshing and original comic” (The Scotsman). “Satirical songs pulled off with real aplomb” (The Independent).

David Longley has been described as 'a difficult comedian to define; on the one hand, abrasive, crude and insulting and on the other, articulate, intelligent and disarmingly funny' (www.gagreflex.co.uk) 'Acid tongued and as sharp as a barrel full of tacks... As intense and intelligent performer as you're likely to see' (The List) 'Intelligent, silly, thought-provoking and filthy... Proves that comedy can say something important and, crucially, still be funny' (Metro) 'A uniquely fascinating act... A must see' (Steve Bennet, Chortle).
