Librarian Lil has worked in the library for forty-five years.

She looks old, tired and bored with life, but you can't judge a book by its cover. For when a customer brings a book to be dated stamped, the pages start to rustle and Lil is sucked into a whirlwind of adventure.

Join Lil as she is transported into other worlds, meeting fairy-tale characters, meanies and villains and even a dinosaur or two. Rhubarb Theatre has been creating imaginative original family theatre for over a decade.

The Amazing Adventures of Librarian Lil is a show for ages 5 and over.
