A dark intriguing tale of romance with a twist. Follow Ephraim in his pursuit of true love, but this is no ordinary courtship.

When Ephraim, an evil doer cursed with immortality, bets he can win the love of a serving girl in 1399, it launches a romantic pursuit spanning the centuries through to Modern Times.

The couple meets every 75 years as Ephraim schemes to capture the heart of his quarry who re-incarnates as a dizzying array of different women through the years.

Mustard Theatre Company celebrated their 10th anniversary in 2014, by touring two very different productions. They presented Death and the Maiden in June, followed by Little Voice in November. Both received critical acclaim, demonstrating the talent and dedication contained within this small group.

They believe that this is the first time that this play by Canadian playwright David Belke has been performed in England.
