Skipton Camerata Orchestra

A perennial favourite and the traditional start to Christmas, the Handel’s Messiah is as popular now as it was over two and a half centuries ago, from the heartfelt simplicity of ‘I know that my Redeemer liveth’ to the grandeur of the ‘Hallelujah’ chorus.

Those who have attended a Camerata Messiah in previous years will attest to the quality and energy of their performances.

Ben Crick and Camerata will be joined by four nationally established soloists and the ever-versatile Clothworkers Consort of Leeds.

This year's Messiah forms part of Skipton Camerata’s Long and Short Messiah project.
