Liverpudlian band The Christians are set to celebrate their longstanding musical career with their upcoming 30th anniversary. Having enjoyed huge acclaim during the late eighties and early nineties, The Christians became renowned for an endless string of soulful yet socially aware hits.
They achieved the No. 1 spot in the UK album charts with their second album and 1990 release Colour, featuring Words and other hit singles such as Greenbank Drive, following on from their huge singles from original album The Christians which included Forgotten Town, Ideal World, Born Again, and Harvest For The World.
