Shropshire Youth Orchestra, Band And Bugles Of The Shropshire ACF, Abraham Darby Showband, Shawbury Military Wives Choir, Consortium Of Choirs From Shropshire Schools

A consortium of children’s choirs, drawn from schools all over Shropshire, readers and musicians, including the Band & Bugles of the Shropshire Army Cadet Force and the Shawbury Military Wives’ Choir will commemorate the First World War.

Through music, poetry and song the young people of Shropshire will pay tribute to all the young men and women who gave their lives in what came to be known as the Great War.

The concert will include some specially commissioned new songs for choir by Caroline Besterman.
