Dronfield Musical Theatre Group

Sheffield Cathedral and The Star present Dronfield Musical Theatre Group’s production of ‘Blitzed’ by Alan Powell.

An evening of memories and songs to commemorate the 75th anniversary of the Sheffield Blitz.

Join for a trip down memory lane as they meet characters from Sheffield’s past and discover how the indomitable spirit of local people shone through despite the hardships of living in a city devastated by war.

All proceeds from this performance will go to support the Sheffield Blitz Memorial Trail fund which will see 16 sites around the city centre marked with steel memorial plaques, in memory of those who lost their lives in the Blitz.
