Grand Band Piano Sextet

Grand Band is a keyboard sextet featuring six of New York City’s top pianists, a stunning collection of performers creating a powerful sonic force.

Featuring the tender tinkling of Philip Glass’s Closing, and the magnificent early minimalist groove classic, Steve Reich’s Six Pianos, this concert is a mammoth exhibition of the varied composers New York has to offer ranging from the most intimate to the larger than life.
