The Coco Club
Drift back in time to the 1930s, when The Coco club reopens its doors at the art deco style Stag Plaza, to bring alive the golden age of British Dance Band music.
Take to the floor and dance to the original recording of the fabulous Jack Hylton, Carroll Gibbons, Ambrose, Lew Stone, and singers like Al Bowlly, as played by Empire Radio.
Headlining the evening, will be an orchestra that compliments the night like no other. The Coco club is delighted to present the supremely talented, 11-piece, Red Fez Orchestra. The ensemble will be playing three live sets, accompanied by the wonder voice of singer, Kate Skellern.
The Coco club clientele is always glamorously dress (black-tie, evening or cocktail dress are encouraged), and this, combined with the music and dancing, provides a memorable atmosphere.
This very friendly night successfully integrates people of all age groups, and the level of dancing is varied, so anyone can move around the floor just as it suits them. There are also several very eventful novelty dances to enjoy!
All this makes it a night not to be missed.
