Terje Isungset

One of Norway’s most innovative and distinctive artists, Terje Isungset collects material from nature – wood, stone, metal, litter, ice – and creates musical instruments out of it.

After an opening set featuring instruments made from birch and granite, Isungset’s Ice Music features an array of horns and percussion carved out of pure ice from the lakes of Norway, instruments that are as beautiful to look at as are the evocative sounds they make.

Alongside visuals created by Anastasia Isachsen, Terje will also be joined by Lena Nymark, whose crystal clear voice perfectly complements the pure songs that these ice instruments make.
