Anne Shoooter is a food writer, recipe columnist and blogger for the Daily Mail. She has always been inspired by her Jewish family and for her book Sesame & Spice - Baking from the East End to the Middle East she has created cakes and bakes that celebrate some wonderfully traditional ingredients from cinnamon, honey and dates to almonds, apples and pomegranate.
