This year River Bourne Community Farm is hosting something a little different for the Christmas period. We are holding a Gingerbread Festival. Bring your children to the Gingerbread Barn to meet the Gingerbread Fairy and do other Gingerbread themed activities. All participating children will receive a passport which will get stamped for each activity plus a certificate and goodies to take home.
You can also see all our farm animals and have refreshments in our Café & Farm Shop. Mulled wine and hot chocolate will be available for the adults in the Barn.
Book a timeslot for tickets - this is your timeslot to go and see the Gingerbread Fairy - all other activities can be done throughout the rest of your time on the farm. So, you can come earlier and stay later than your timeslot. For example, if you book tickets for the last timeslot, 3pm, we recommend you come to the farm at least an hour earlier to do the other activities.
The Gingerbread Festival would be best suited to children up to age 12.
