The Old Gloves Hung There Waiting is a new solo show about revisting the past to find happiness.

Part-social experiment, part-ludicrous stunt, the show follows Oliver Sykes, a 26 year old layabout with a mild addiction to doner pizzas, as he attempts to turn his life around by revisiting his long forgotten passion, boxing, with the help of a film-maker, his dad and his local boxing gym.

In three short months, can Oliver fight his way back to fitness and compete in a one-off white collar boxing match? Or will this seemingly impossible challenge destroy him?
