Think of a town, a perfect little town, lots of little houses all matching and brown.

This is the town of Drizzleton. Mr Whistles, the town Mayor, takes pride in his perfect little town, especially when the National Village Fete Competition comes around. However, there is one thing standing in the way of his prize trophy, Poppy Perrigreen. Poppy is a young girl with a peculiar talent.

She loves to sing, but when she sings, it rains. How will Drizzleton cope with Poppy’s unusual gift?
