The Judas Passion
In The Judas Passion, composer Sally Beamish and screenwriter David Harsent retell the story of the crucifixion from the perspective of Judas Iscariot. This is the world premiere of what is sure to be one of the most important choral works of our time: a piece that asks the question – can the ultimate betrayal ever be forgiven?
In the first half of the concert, they are joined by Sally Beamish and David Harsent in a panel discussion about their new work.
