Two 28 year old twins live a reclusive existence after their parents die in a traumatic event. They find solace in chocolate, medicine and fantasies. One night, a beautiful stranger, 18 year old Cosmo Disney appears at the window. The door is unbolted...and their worst nightmare is let in.
