Pantomime WILL return to the Dearne Playhouse this Christmas.
With extra safety measures in place, we make our grand return this Christmas with a brand new title for us, MOTHER GOOSE.
Mother Goose is cheeky, happy, larger-than-life, old bird who lives in the fairytale land of Goldthorpington on the Dell. Along with her two sons Jack and 'Silly' Billy, she has fallen behind on her rent and is about to be evicted from her cottage by her landlord, the bumbling Squire Skinflint. Mother Goose’s fortunes are instantly reversed though, when she comes across and adopts a giant, magical goose, who lays golden eggs! However, things take a sinister turn for the worst when an evil Demon arrives in town...
Daniel Glover returns as the lovable idiot Silly Billy, alongside Louise Leather as Jack Goose and Tim Rutherford as Mother Goose,.
