Set on the idyllic Isle of Utopia - where life is wonderful - Brit-mania is sweeping the population; so the Ruler invites 6 'Flowers of Progress' from England to bring Utopia up to date... Reforms ensue 'in the English fashion' and lead to total chaos and revolt... until an essential missing ingredient is remembered.
