Trinity Concert Band

The concert will feature lots of Christmas music, including “Walking in the Air” which is a song written for the 1982 animated film of Raymond Briggs’ 1978 children’s book The Snowman, and themes from the films “Miracle on 34th Street” and “Home Alone”. They have to hand it to their MD, he’s chosen a real cracker of a piece: featuring narration of the treasured poem “The Night Before Christmas” with the band providing the very cinematic accompanying music; the two elements seamlessly come together to produce a truly magical composition!

There will also be an opportunity for you to sing along with some of your favourite carols and enjoy a mince pie in the interval.
