Reading Symphony Orchestra

Beethoven: Symphony No.9 (Choral).

Featuring the soloists Kathryn Jenkin, Ella Bodeker, Andrew Friedhoff and James Martin and choirs from The Abbey, Forest and the Holt Schools and members of Wokingham Choral Society.

The concert marks the 70th anniversary of the Reading Dusseldorf Association and members of the Orchester der Landesregierung will be joining the RSO and members of the Dusseldorf Children's Choir from the Dusseldorf Opera House will also be joining the combined choirs for the Beethoven and singing 3 songs from the popular film The Choir.

The programme also includes Wagner: Prelude and Liebestod from Tristan and Isolde.
