Accidental Death Of An Anarchist

Inspired by the real-life events surrounding the death of Italian railwayman and anarchist Giuseppe Pinelli, who fell – or was thrown – from the fourth floor window of a Milan police station in 1969, Dario Fo’s classic farce sees The Maniac outsmarting the dim-witted Inspector Bertozzo before impersonating a judge in order to evade capture - and command the reenactment of the death of the titular anarchist.
