The lecture, which is part of 'The Big Picture' project at Plas Glyn y Weddw, will discuss 'Lot and the Angels' by Henry Clarence Whaite, who was born in Manchester to a framing family. He settled down in the Conwy valley during the 1850's. His work attracted the attention of critics in Manchester and London, where he was noticed by John Ruskin.
