Internationally renowned designers, Wayne Hemingway MBE and Gerardine Hemingway MBE bring a touch of glamour to Preston Guild 2012 with A Guild Vintage Weekend.

The two-day event celebrates the creative cultural past, present and future of all things Northern, through live entertainment, performances, fashion shows, music, art and food.

Throughout A Vintage Guild Weekend revellers can immerse themselves in vintage culture and style: creating vintage clothing and accessories at interactive workshops, having their hair and makeup done by stylists, taking part in dance classes and viewing exhibitions of old-time Guild memorabilia.

Live arts and craft and fashion workshops, new skills including graffiti, knitting and even yarn bombing are on offer as are catwalk shows displaying timeless, classic and future fashion parades which the public can take part in.

On Sunday 1 September A Vintage Guild Weekend will culminate with special headline acts performing for crowds in the big top, whilst those who prefer sounds of the '90s can rave away in the beautiful Spiegel tent.
