Milton Glee Choir is a 4 part harmony choir of over 100 people who love to sing. Friday night is music night! They rehearse most Fridays at St James Church Hall in Milton at 7:30pm. They are fortunate to have Andrew Cleary as their musical director and Ian Walker as their pianist. What talent between them! They perform several concerts a year; usually 2 at Portsmouth Guildhall and other charity concerts at a variety of venues. They enjoy a long-standing relationship with the various Bands of HM Royal Marines who regularly accompany us. Their musical repertoire covers a broad spectrum including lots of contemporary music, music from the movies and musicals, classical pieces and much more - truly something for everyone. They have musical arrangements written especially for us to perform.
