The government's advice for the Coronavirus changed dramatically on Monday 16th March 2020. In light of these changes the Trustees of Brownsea Open Air Theatre have had to carefully consider what action to take in order to safeguard everyone including the BOAT company and, further on down the line, you our patrons.

The stringent measures being taken to combat the spread of the disease, have left the Trustees with no other alternative than to sadly cancel this year's production of Romeo and Juliet on Brownsea Island. However, we hope this is to be just a postponement and we will plan for the production to go ahead now in 2021.
