Ten Tors Orchestra celebrates its first performance at The House with Shockwaves, commissioned especially for the occasion from Plymouth University's acclaimed resident composer Eduardo Reck Miranda. The solo violin part is performed by Plymouth PhD music research student Pierre Largeron, a graduate of the Royal Academy of Music. The concert also features two great classics Barber's sumptuous Adagio and Mozart majestic Jupiter Symphony. Boyce Symphony No.5 provides the fanfare opening to this special event.
