Pegasus Theatre

Pegasus is delighted to be taking part in the Oxford Open Doors weekend organised by
Oxford Preservation Trust. It’s a wonderful opportunity to reveal the inner workings of the
theatre and meet the artists.

The main features of the day include a foyer exhibition of the set and costume designs for a recent production which was the first ever stage adaptation of the Zizou Corder book Lee Raven Boy Thief performed by Pegasus Youth Theatre.

There will be story-telling activities in the cafe including designing a book cover and writing a one-page ghost story.

Two of the Pegasus supported artists will be presenting scratch performances in the Pullman Stage theatre. Lunabug Theatre and Saikat Ahamed will share their latest work-in-progress.

Visitors can also try out being different story characters in the dressing rooms where
costumes will be available to try and a team of face painters are on hand to complete the
transformation.
