Lee Raven Boy Thief

Set in the future, starting precisely on 20 April 2046 in Soho’s Greek Street, the play centres around Lee, the middle brother in a family of four siblings. Lee spends a lot of his time away from his troublesome home life wandering the streets and practicing his craft as a pickpocket. A skill that gets him into quite a bit of trouble.

Unknown to Lee, he unwittingly takes possession of the most amazing treasure the world has ever seen and many would kill to get it. In fact they already have. Lee is in danger and he needs to use all his talent to save his own life and keep this treasure from falling into the wrong hands.

Lee Raven Boy Thief is set in an imaginary future after petrol has run out, the lowlands are drowned and before the Martians arrive. It is a Steam Punk vision (designed by Nomi Everall) where Victorian styled technology is abundant and anything and everything is used and re-used, sometimes in unusual ways.

The story moves from dark, dank and dingy sewers to glittering penthouse luxury in a sweep of adventure and danger in a thrilling tale.
