John Godber, Helen Cross, Peter Sansom

Northern Accent returns to Otley Courthouse this spring with another entertaining literature event, this time focussing on writers who are from or are inspired by the North. Northern Voices 2 features three acclaimed writers as they read from their work and talk about their relationships with the North and how it has shaped their work and careers. John Godber is a dramatist and is internationally renowned for his observational comedies. Helen Cross’ first Novel My Summer of Love won the Betty Trask Award in 2002. Peter Sansom is a poet whose books include On the Pennine Way and Everything You’ve Heard is True.
