Luke Daniels Trio

Luke Daniels is perhaps best known as the melodeon player in Cara Dillon’s Band. However, here he picks up his guitar to sing his own songs, many taken from his recent CD “What’s Here, What’s Gone” – an album hailed by critics as “reminiscent of the music of Paul Simon,” and one which has seen him establish a distinctive place in contemporary acoustic folk music. Meanwhile, for those disappointed that Luke will not be playing melodeon, have no fear – melodeon duties in the line-up will be fulfilled by none of other than Julian Sutton, long-time member of The Kathryn Tickell Band, and more recently touring with Sting.
