Carl started performing stand-up regularly in the early part of 2005 and quickly established himself as one of the most exciting new comics climbing the comedy ladder. His confident, conversational style and childish sense of humour has seen him become a regular at clubs all over the country including various universities as part of the Avalon Comedy Network. He won the 2007 Chortle Award for the best newcomer and the 2007 Leicester Mercury Comedian Of The Year Award. 'Carl Donnelly effortlessly intertwines storytelling and observational humour with honed improvised skills' (www.comedy.co.uk) 'A ludicrously funny hour... effortless and utterly captivating' (The Skinny) 'This degree of innate comic talent is a rare and beautiful thing. Not to be missed' (Broadway Baby) 'One of the most engaging and bendy-minded comics on the circuit' (The Guardian) 'He's a remarkable talent – a relaxed, easygoing anecdotalist with an eye for funny details. An hour in his company is a true delight' (Time Out). Carl Donnelly was named in Ents24's top 20 hardest-working comedians of 2016.

Described as the 'Leonard Cohen of comedy', Andrew Lawrence is the master of his game. As seen on BBC1's 'Michael Mcintyre's Roadshow' and Channel 4's 'Best of The Brighton Comedy Festival', Andrew is also a double 'If' comedy award nominee. '... a hard act to follow' (Chortle) 'Anyone who gives this spikily inventive performer the time of day will realise they're in the presence of an A-list talent' (The Guardian) 'Few people have caught the irritated, misanthropic mood of the moment better than this supreme misfit; the only wonder is that it's taking Lawrence so long to become a national institution' (The Daily Telegraph) 'Lawrence rips the cynical heart from his chest and wears it defiantly on his sleeve' (Metro) 'Powerful, sad, angry, true stuff' (The Scotsman) '... you owe it to yourself to see him' (The Daily Mirror) 'This show is a must see without a doubt' (Edinburgh Reporter).

In 2011 he completed a Soho Theatre run of his Foster's Edinburgh Comedy Award Best Newcomer nominated show, Stand Up Between Song, and appeared on Russell Howard's Good News (BBC Three). Gareth has previously supported Rhod Gilbert on tour. 'Gorgeously low-key, faintly surreal songs played on the Omnichord... A delightful hour of comedy' (The Guardian) 'He’s a quietly clever craftsman with a big future' (Bruce Dessau, The Evening Standard) 'An effortlessly assured act... exceptionally inspired and truly memorable... His material has a delicious otherworldly quality' (Chortle).
