Irenosen Okojie’s debut novel Butterfly Fish won a Betty Trask award and was shortlisted for an Edinburgh International First Book Award. Her work has been featured in The Observer, The Guardian, on the BBC and the Huffington Post. Her short story collection Speak Gigantular, was shortlisted for the Edge Hill Short Story Prize, the Jhalak Prize, the Saboteur Awards and nominated for a Shirley Jackson Award. Her latest book is Nudibranch (Dialogue Books, 2019), a second collection of short stories.
Leone Ross is a novelist, short story writer, editor and lecturer in fiction writing. Her first novel, All The Blood Is Red was long listed for the Orange Prize in 1997. Her second critically acclaimed novel, Orange Laughter was published in the UK by Anchor Press, in the USA by Farrar, Straus & Giroux and Picador USA.
