This is a very special night indeed. You ticket gains you entry to the usual show... with headliner Spencer Jones
BUT... you also get into this immediately after:
The Spencer Jones '50 Minute Disco Experiment'
Spencer bought a new looper, but he can't beatbox.
He also bought a drum kit, but he ain’t no drummer. He should be in bed. But he’s an idiot. This could be the worst idea he has ever had. But like all bad ideas, sometimes it’s funny to watch them happen while getting drunk and dancing around like a nutter. There will be special guests jumping up and joining in making noise in various ways. It’s something innit?
Please note: this bit is standing room only!
Once the main comedy night is sold out, we will put tickets on sale for the disco bit only, to let other people in!
Please note that the artists appearing may be subject to change.

'Combining off-beat jokes with songs about dying pets and choice fatigue, Cahill’s unpretentiously surreal and absurd outlook has seen him win numerous awards and secured him firmly in the one to watch category' (PBJ) 'This quirky performer has true star quality and bags of originality, mixing physical humour, gimmicks, wordplay and comedy songs. Darrell Martin is the founder of Just the Tonic and Mad Dog Comedy Clubs and a finalist in 1997 Daily Telegraph Awards where, in his words, 'I f*cked it up'. In 1999 he supported Perrier Nominee Johnny Vegas on a 50 date tour of the UK and Ireland, with dates in Paris and Warsaw on the 'Walking Back to Happiness' tour. Darrell's material is a mix of observations taken down a ridiculous avenue, philosophical questioning of simple matter and some basic downright dirty stuff. His regular compering work has honed his ability to chat with the crowd, enabling him to pick up on fresh ideas, and weave material and improv.
