The Chris Read Quartet

London musician Chris Read brings his quartet to perform their unique mix of jazz and soul at the Refectory Cafe.

Chris, who will be returning to the Cathedral after performing to great success as part of the Harry Baker Poetry evening in 2015, leads this young and energetic band focused around a raw, soulful voice.

Their arrangements match complexity with a solid groove to present original music, as well as bringing a modern twist to timeless standards.
