Stand Up Poetry Club
Aisle16 founder and live poetry's favourite innovator is the headliner this month. Ross will be treating you to material from his new show 'Standby For Tape Backup' – audiovisual poems created using an old video tape that used to belong to his granddad. The footage is looped and stretched, destroyed and reassembled, creating a strange eulogy. The Londonist said this: ‘amazing, hypnotic, touching.’ Support from light verse rising star Nic Aubury.
