Terry Steel’s Astor Big Band and singers present The Story Of Glenn Miller. They take you through his
early days with Ben Pollock and Paul Whiteman, his time as arranger for Benny Goodman and Tommy Dorsey, the discovery of his distinctive sound in a rarely heard arrangement by Carol Gibbons, the failure of his first band and the immediate success of his second – formed using money loaned to him by Tommy Dorsey.

The show includes more than 20 unforgettable Glenn Miller hits, such as Little Brown Jug, American Patrol, Serenade In Blue, Chattanooga Choo Choo and String Of Pearls.
