Join for the chance to hear the sensational young Latvian pianist and multiple competition winner, Arta Arnicane, perform Grieg’s hugely popular Piano Concerto.

Malcolm Arnold composed the music for over 100 films and perhaps the two most famous are Bridge On The River Kwai and Heroes Of Telemark – the scores to both will be featured and this will be the first ever performance of the latter in a concert hall.

The concert concludes with Arnold’s great Fifth Symphony. They are very excited that the concert will feature the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra under the direction of Arnold specialist John Gibbons.
