Ian Felice, the songwriting lynchpin of the upstate New York alternative-country band The Felice Bros, takes time out from the band to record his first solo album (on Loose Records) and tour Europe.
His own distinct brand of ramshackle music is enhanced through a cynical and occasionally heartbroken lens – in the tradition of songwriters like John Prine, Shane MacGowan and Michael Hurley but with a modern slant.
