Director’s Masterclass

What does it mean to be a director? There are many approaches to directing and Live Theatre has been home to many of them.

Two of the UK’s leading theatre directors, Rachel O’Riorden Artistic Director of the Sherman Theatre and Steve Marmion Artistic Director of Soho Theatre, present a workshop that explores how a director works with text, forms ideas and translates those ideas to the stage. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn the secrets of bringing new plays to life.

Rachel and Steve will later be joined by Live Theatre’s Artistic Director Max Roberts in a discussion to answer questions about their work and processes.
