Hang Aerial Adult (16+)
This session will cover trapeze, aerial hoop, cocoon and rope whilst building strength and stamina. No experience is needed - sessions are fun and include warm up, conditioning and stretch techniques. Bring layers to cover skin around core and keep warm/cool.
