Hang Aerial (16+)
This session will cover trapeze, aerial hoop, cocoon and rope while building strength.
You do not need previous experience to join this workshop. Sessions are fun and include a warm up, conditioning, stretch and strength techniques. Bring layers to protect your arms and legs.
